SUMMER CAMP Weekly Topics 2024
We are so excited to kick off our Summer Camp 2024 Season on Monday June 17th! Join us for another year of fun filled adventures! Not only are we offering Taekwondo lessons, we are also offering character skills development, leadership training, and confidence building exercises.
Thursday June 13 & Friday June 14 Teacher Workday Camp
Teacher Workday Camp will be offered on Thursday 6/13 & Friday 6/14.
Cost: $60/day per child
Week 1: June 17-21 LEGO Master Builder Week
Calling All LEGO Fanatics!! Come on out and help us Build, Build, Build! This week we are going to let our imaginations run wild. Our Young Explorers will be working on making their own world with Duplo Blocks and playdoh while our Older Explorers will be building and coding their own robots with Scratch. Our campers will spend the week with Building Challenges, Building Battles and Free Construction.
Week 2: June 24-28 Mario & Friends: Super Smash Bros. Week
It’s A Me….Mario aaannndddd Luigi! Join us for a week hosted by Mario himself along with our friends Yoshi, Kirby, Zelda, Donkey Kong and special guest appearances. Our campers will be participating in trivia, live challenges, endurance exercises and an epic team battle!
Week 3: July 8-12 Mad Science Week
We have lost our marbles! Have we gone mad or are we just that brilliant? We are breaking out the mad scientists for this week! We will be exploring different experiments with some highlights that include: Food Attack, Elephant Toothpaste, and SLIME!
Week 4: July 15-19 KICKS Pokemon GO! Week
KICKS Pokemon GO! will be a Live immersion experience. We will be training to catch various Pokemon…from the likes of Pikachu, Charizard, Dragonite, Palkia and many more. Our campers will go on an adventure in search of these special characters. The more active they are, the more characters will appear to be discovered. Let’s see who can catch ‘em ALL!
Week 5: July 22-26 Coding: Minecraft Week
Are you a Steve? Are you an Alex? Or maybe you’re just a villager. Join us for a week of Minecraft adventures where we will explore the world of character building and coding creations. Campers will be given time to create and also join their friends in various worlds.
Week 6: July 29-Aug 2 NERF Wars: KICKS Clone Wars Week
Back by popular demand! Bring in your NERF Guns for some target practice, drills and missions. As more star systems get swept into the Clone Wars, the Jedi Knights struggle to maintain order. Embark on a mission with our very our Anakin Skywalker as he comes face to face with Jabba the Hutt. Join Yoda and Obi-wan Kenobi as they lead the clone army against the forces of the Dark Side. It will be a week of training, obstacle courses and team challenges to help build strength, stealth and speed. Who will prevail?
Week 7: Aug 5-9 Dragons, Unicorns, Dinosaurs, Oh MY! Week
Is a Dragon a Dinosaur? Are unicorns real? Join us this week as we explore the world of mythical & prehistoric creatures. Campers will go through a week of training their dragons, unicorns, and dinosaurs. There will be shields, hats, and an epic battle of infinite proportions!
Week 8: Aug 12-16 Movie Magic Week
Join us for a week of Summer Movie Magic! Marvel Monday, Trolls Tuesday, Wizard Wednesday, Tribute Thursday, and Frantic Fishy Fri-Yay. You read that right…FRANTIC.FISHY.FRI-YAY!!!! Popcorn, snacks, flips, singing, dancing, games, red light/green light and much more!
Week 9: Aug 19-23 Ultimate Gamers Week
Ultimate Gamers? What does that mean? Only the best wrap up week EVER! This week we will be wrapping up our Summer Camp with all the best games from the Summer followed with our End Of Summer Celebration! We will have various Gaming Adventures from Ball Games, Role Playing Games, Minecraft, and Game Consoles!
