What Does Our Program Offer For Teens & Adults?
Our Program for Teens and Adults is offered for the ages of 13 and up. In this type of Program, flexibility, endurance, conditioning, and self-defense is more developed through stringent training and more specified techniques.
For Our Teens...
Our Teens can develop their character and integrity through leadership training and community service opportunities. We also offer a College Scholarship Program to assist with financial needs such as tuition, books, and basic living expenses. Our teenage community is comprised of some of the most outstanding individuals that you will come across. They excel in school and extracurricular activities while maintaining the balance of school, work and training. They also serve as exemplary role models to the younger kids here at KICKS.
For Our Adults...
Our Adults can gain more flexibility, stress relief and improve their overall health and well-being in our program. Our Adults can notice that their energy level, tiredness and stress is improved after just a few weeks of training. Our program is designed to provide regular exercise while emphasizing the importance of deep breathing and concentration. It is about making healthier life choices that can include dietary needs, getting enough rest and learning how to take out stress in a positive way. With all these elements combined, you can find a better balance in your daily life.
